I have really not been doing well lately. Nothing specific. I have been doing a lot of physical labor (shoveling wood chips) to get the garden ready to winter over, so I have been sore. I have been having some relationship problems (not marriage but friends and businesses). I think this has taken a huge toll on me. My neck has been killing. I have a huge knot that won’t go away. 😛 I can feel myself being combative with people too.
Now the point of this post is not to complain, but to ask a question. Do you think there is a connection between mood and the way your body works? What do you do when you go through hard times like this, when there is nothing specific to complain about but you still feel off?
